Almost ten years of working in the recruitment industry inspired us to try and do something different.

I’d heard the same client complaints time and time again, the experience that working with an agency would mean too many cold calls; unnecessary meetings; poorly qualified and un-committed candidates etc the list could go on…

I collected feedback from my clients about everything they hated about recruiters then I wanted to make it my mission to not do them.

Our sole focus is providing an excellent customer service with a clear and flexible pricing model.

 

Feedback we gathered over 10 years

Here's a list of feedback we received from HR Directors, Managing Directors, Line Managers and others involved with recruiting:

  • Too many cold calls and not taking no for an answer
  • Assuming i don't have the skills to recruit internally
  • Asking for feedback the second an interview is over
  • Constant phone messages and calls
  • Emailing and calling 5 minutes later

  • The recruiters always drill me for what's going on, where I would have given it freely if we had built a relationship. They needed to work on the personal stuff and building more of a rapport
  • On the whole though they weren't a bad bunch but to separate you, simply be friendly, courteous and understand time constraints
  • Incorrect setting of salary expectations
  • Being bugged on daily basis!
