
We're all fully aware that recruiters send speculative CV's to clients and don't tell people their CV has been submitted - it's something that has gone on for years within the recruitment sector.
At TalentFeed we don't particularly believe this is an honest way to work with candidates and it also means as a candidate you are not aware of where your CV is being sent.
However, working with candidates to speculatively contact organisations is often a very good way to develop new business as a recruitment company and find more suitable opportunities for a candidate.
A win-win scenario for both parties based on open and honest collaberation.
